Asphalt Nitro Game Review

Immersive Gameplay

Asphalt Nitro paves a way for players to explore different cities in quest for the championship where players can perform various stunts and show off their extraordinary driving skills. Each car’s strength determines the difficulty of some matches, or in some way. There are about 20 luxurious sport car models stacked per strength and all are equipped with nitro. Of course, just like the other installations, some cars need to be unlocked by winning races or you know, purchase them. Oh and another thing, some locations require specific cars for access.

There are different tasks for players to complete in each phase of the race competition. The game is quite unforgiving when it comes to beginners and races, players will learn to drive cars in a hard way.

During races, the track exhibits some obstacles, difficulties and some are boosts like ramps that would send your car flying mid-air while others have dangerously arched turns. So, you should master drifting if you don’t want your car to end in a wreck. Roadblocks are also present in some tracks; you additional points when you crash and break them.

And Asphalt Nitro isn’t complete it without the, of course, the Nitro Boost. It can either give you an advantage in the race or have you end up in a collision. It’s a nice feature added to cars when it is activated, it actually gives you that speed simulation feeling especially with the graphics and sound effects.

Asphalt Nitro features six seasons; each with different competitions. Multiplayer mode also allows you to compete with other asphalt racers online in real-time. Special races and tracks are also available in seasonal events.

Asphalt Nitro boasts some of the most amazing cars from popular manufacturers in the car industry. From Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and so on. You have the freedom to customize every car, add improvements, and power-ups.

Locations

As mentioned there are several locations in the game. Asphalt Nitro features a remarkable variety of racetracks alongside its great selection of cars; from the United States, China to Brazil, and so on, count on it. All with impressive detail and almost realistic rendering.

Graphics / Sound

The game features amazing graphics with semi-realistic visuals from scenic backgrounds, roads, infrastructures and such. Even the car details will leave you in awe. And the game’s background music and sound effects make the overall experience.

Verdict

Asphalt Nitro is in no doubt an amazing simulation racing game packed with outstanding game features and modes. This time, Gameloft does not rob you in exchange for the full experience of the game. You’ll still get to enjoy the whole game without too minimal purchases. Although, it will be a tad slower and the grind will be time-consuming. As mentioned, the game has a lot of remarkable cars to offer and this is where the in-app purchase comes into the scene. Purchasing car boosts can radically improve the efficiency of driving as well as car characteristics. To get the best looking car, you will need to buy them. If you are into car aesthetics, the game offers car bundles which will be cheaper than buying individual buffs.

Asphalt Nitro is a game worth playing; it delivers the thrill any speed racing simulation games can offer. A very entertaining game indeed.
